With over 21 years of extensive experience in the Health and Social Care sector, Haezell is a highly accomplished, multidisciplinary professional with proven expertise in Human Resources, Health and Social Care, Finance & Payroll, Training & Development, Compliance, and Business Development.

Of her 21 years in the sector, 18 years have been in senior managerial roles, including eight years as a Branch and Registered Manager. Haezell began her career as a care worker and progressively advanced through domiciliary care, nursing and residential homes, NHS hospitals, supported living, mental health care homes, and sheltered housing.

In her leadership role within domiciliary care, Haezell has overseen the entire service lifecycle — from start-up to scaling operations to delivering 7,000+ care hours per week.
